I Took the Firehouse Subs Survey—Here’s How You Might Win Cash Too

After grabbing a sub and drink from Firehouse, I noticed something interesting on my receipt: either a printed URL or sometimes just a QR code. It turns out they invite customers to take a quick survey at FirehouseListens.com, and by doing so, you can be entered into a sweepstakes for a $500 prize.

It only took a few minutes to complete. Even better—every entry gives you a shot at winning, and all you need is a recent receipt. Just note: the sweepstakes isn’t always running, so be sure to check your receipt or the survey site to see if it’s active.

What’s the Reward?

When the sweepstakes is open, completing the survey gets you one entry into a drawing for a $500 cash prize.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • One winner is selected each entry period
  • There’s no purchase necessary (mail-in entry also available)
  • Prize is awarded in the form of a check

If there’s no sweepstakes currently running, the survey still gives you a chance to share feedback—and they do reopen it often, so it’s worth checking back.

How to Take the Firehouse Subs Survey at FirehouseListens.com

Check your receipt
Some receipts list the survey website, while others just show a QR code—either one will take you to the right place. You’ll also need:

  • The total amount spent
  • Date and time of your visit
  • Validation number (usually near the bottom)

Visit FirehouseListens.com
Scan the QR code or type in the URL from your receipt. Choose your language and enter the required details to begin.

Answer a few quick questions
They’ll ask about:

  • Your order and service experience
  • How fast and friendly the staff were
  • Whether your food was made correctly
  • If the restaurant was clean and welcoming

The whole thing takes about 3–5 minutes.

Enter the sweepstakes (if it’s active)
At the end, you’ll be asked if you want to enter the sweepstakes. Fill out your contact info to complete your entry. If the sweepstakes isn’t open, you’ll be shown a thank-you page instead.

✅ Things to Know

  • You must be 18+ and a legal U.S. resident to enter
  • The sweepstakes is not always active, so check your receipt or visit the site regularly
  • You can also enter by mail without making a purchase
  • Winners are notified by phone or email

Firehouse Subs Survey FAQ

What if my receipt doesn’t have a URL?
No problem—many stores just print a QR code instead. Scan it with your phone and it’ll take you to the survey.

Is the sweepstakes running right now?
It changes. Sometimes it’s paused, so just check the site or your receipt to see if entries are being accepted.

Do I get any instant reward?
Not usually. This survey is sweepstakes-based, so the reward depends on being selected as a winner.

Can I enter more than once?
Yes, if you have multiple receipts—or you can use the mail-in method listed in the rules.

  1. I love my Firehouse sub in Avondale, AZ. The food is great and so are the employees. The only complaint I have is when you order online, the receipt you get literally has no useful info for the survey. Even if you pull up the receipt in the app, the info you need isn’t there, so you can’t do the survey. I’m not worried about winning the $500, I could have the only entry and still not win, but it would be nice to give Kudos to the store.

  2. I went to the firehouse sub about a month ago for the first time, I actually walked passed it going to another store, as I was walking by the onion and pepper scent got up my nose, I was already hungry but I kept walking but I tell you I couldn’t stop thinking about it, so I went there and got a sub, IT WAS DELICIOUS !! I TOLD MY SISTERS & NIECE ABOUT IT.. NOW WE DRIVE AN HOUR & AN HALF JUST TO EAT THERE😋😋 LOVE IT

  3. purchased a large sub and a chili for lunch at the Chatham store, when I got to work in Tilbury, the sub was great did not enjoy the chili, why? Because they gave me tomato soup by mistake, I put that is the survey you would think someone would get back to me just to correct the mixup on the chili but no word. Couldn’t call the number isn’t connected yet.

  4. I am trying to find a number to call. Someone has to care about you company. I have always enjoyed your greenwood sc and west Columbia. Locations. But Orangeburg sc. Is very bad. I am in law enforcement. I was treated very poorly.

  5. Well the thing is these subs are so good plus the employees have very good manners and they are not rude like the other subs stirs I’ve been to

So this is like my fav sub place

  6. Someone needs to contact me for the experience I had tonight @ 7:48pm in Navarre, FL. the manager needs to be FIRED! She was treating the employees horrible by yelling and talking down to them in front of the guest as she ” trained” a new employee. They were so on edge our sandwiches were wrong, we drove back after approx 3 mins of leaving took bag inside and she called my man a liar saying she put items in the bag. He comes and gets me, where she continued to make comments and say she did it but we can do it again, I guess we put it in another bag….. I lost my cool and she had the nerve to tell me not to yell at her??? Like I told her, now you see what it is like to be yelled at. These are not your kids they are your employees. If that would have been my kid I would have went to jail. We wont go back.

  7. Excellent customer service plus great food everyone is smiling and willing to help you a wonderful outing glad we picked firehouse

  8. Baytown Texas firehouse, it’s 10:50 am the floors are filthy, we have been waiting 15 minutes and still no food, we are the first customers, first time and last time to ever visit this restaurant.

  9. The survey just didn’t work for me I was not happy with the product I had in Clearwater the meat was dry on the Philly beef the service there was excellent the staff was very friendly but I don’t think I’ll be back too many other places to go

  10. Same here, ordered 2 subs online and there was no validation code printed on the receipt Rip-off!

  11. Today I bought a Hook and Salad, total 13.57, store 6752-03, but got no validation code printed on my receipt.

    What now?

  12. We ordered online but the receipt we got had no validation codes so can’t enter the sweepstakes. You shouldn’t print on the back of the order slip that you can enter & then not give you the information needed to do so. Just listed pickup time & the 2 sandwiches along with Credit Pre-Payment 6850 at the bottom! Disappointing!!!
